The City of Rio Vista has released answers to seven frequently asked questions regarding California Forever’s East Solano Plan, attempting to clear up for residents the city’s relationship with the organization and the work they are doing regarding the proposal.

The release clarifies that currently, the decision to approve or reject the East Solano Plan lies at the ballot box and not with the City of Rio Vista.

“The City has no information regarding what California Forever might propose in a future development application within the City,” the release reads, “and, therefore, any comments on a future proposal would be purely speculative at this time.”
